Naruto - A name for the baby

Now, I was greatly inspired by this piece of art here [link] and also this french vid [link] where he's basically saying you can name your children after anything if you give them the name of food XD

So, what's happening here is that Aiko and Yoru are really thrilled at the idea of having soon a little brother or little sister, so they decide to help with the name. Leeding to this scene.
Now, why Sasuke didn't notice Naruto? I would say because his hormones are messed up so he didn't notice his presence, because I know he would notice him a miles away otherwise...
